Another delay on the Butterflies! While we wait . . . let's dream about what we will make!

This is a lovely card that I created recently for a flowers and butterflies swap that I did with my Stamping to Share downline. I scheduled my post of this card for today thinking that today would be the day we would be able to order the bundle again. But alas, another delay. So very frustrating. Now the word is that we can may be order them on Friday. Hope you are hanging on tight!! This has been kind of a wild ride while we wait rather impatiently for those part numbers to be turned on. Meanwhile, whet your Butterflies Thinlits appetite by watching this how to video!

Wonderful New Weekly Deals!

Hi Everyone -
Let's just say that "busy" doesn't begin to cover it! lol! Spring Fling was a HUGE success and a HUGE undertaking that I could not have done without the help of my amazing and wonderful group of Stamping to Share Demonstrators. Then, with barely time to turn around, let along unpack, I have club this week. So, I dug through enough boxes to find blocks, inks and stamps to put together some club projects. In fact, clubbers are due to come over in less than an hour so I need to be very quick about this post.
The deals this week are wonderful! And, I hope to soon be back on a regular schedule of posting for at least a couple of weeks before going to Hawaii, when again, I will take a break from blogging. Steve and I have planned a 25th Anniversary trip which just happens to coincide with a Stampin' Up! Incentive Trip. Oh, life if good!
Hugs!! and I promise I'll make and share something soon!

Stampin' Up! Window Box Tote with How To Video

Have you every needed a really quick little gift tote that had a bit of "wow power?" You can get that in just minutes when you convert a Stampin' Up! Window Box into a sweet little tote perfect for a handful of chocolates. The window on the box is already decorated with a sweet little scroll all around it so all you need to do is add a couple of layered flower punch outs and you are good to go! I was inspired to create this when I saw something similar in our annual catalog on page 151. I hope you are inspired to create one, too!

By the way, the Fun Flower Punch is On Sale this week!! The new weekly deals were just announced this morning. And, don't forget . . . FREE Shipping through Friday, April 10!! See my blog post from yesterday for 15 Ways to Save with Free Shipping from Stampin' Up!

In the video, I showed you how to create the tote using Fast Fuse. You could also use Sticky Strip or Liquid Multi-Purpose Glue. I actually made quite a few of them with the glue and used a rubber band to kind of hold the box together for me until the glue set while I worked ahead on the next box. My Committee for Fun and Stamping assisted me in putting these boxes together . . . we made up over 100 of them so by the end, we felt like we had the process down! It really helps to fold the folds both directions, other wise the tote wants to pull apart. You have to get those score lines well creased!!
