4/8 More Pun Fun & a Thank You

As I build my collection of Pun Fun cards, I've been having a ball strolling through the Pun Fun gallery at SCS. This stinkin' cute card was totally inspired by this card Monique Hawrelluk made. Monique is aka StampItForFun over at SCS. I just LOVE the way she did her corners on that card so I had to do my corners like that, too! I used a 1/2" Circle Punch to clip out the corners on my Soft Sky panel. That sweet little skunk is colored with watercolor pencils and an Aqua Painter. I also used the Aqua Painter to paint the flower and the little blue halo around him with ink I picked up from the lid of my ink pad.

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Pun Fun
Paper: Basic Black, Soft Sky, Soft Sky Designer Prints, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, Soft Sky
Accessories: Black Grosgrain, 1/2" Circle Punch, Aqua Painter, Watercolor Pencils, SU Dimensionals

Oh, my goodness . . . what stamp set do you use when you are given these three colors: Glorious Green, Real Red and Night of Navy?? That was the question I pondered today as I looked over the SCS Color Challenge. Well, looking out my window, I am starved for green. Spring is a long time coming this year and I'm not sure that a single bud has had the courage to pop this cold spring. So, yearning for leaves . . . I pulled With Gratitude off my shelf. Hadn't used it since last fall, but I am so looking forward to seeing some Glorious Green leaves in my life and how grateful I will be!!

My card supplies:

Stamps: With Gratitude Paper: Glorious Green, Real Red, Night of Navy, Whisper White Ink: Glorious Green, Black Craft Accessories: Photo Corner Punch, Ribbon, Buttons, Black Embossing Powder, Glue Dots
