Today I played with Kristina Warner’s Color Challenge. You can read the entire post about it HERE. The colors she picked for this week are Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery and Very Vanilla. Just yesterday I made a card that used Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery and Very Vanilla. All I needed to do was put a little “more is more” into it! Here’s the card I made yesterday:

You’ll notice it’s very quick to make, kind of subdued like a garden just before it rains. What will pink do to it?? I decided to find out!

Ahhhh – BRING ON THE SUNSHINE!! That’s what the pink did for my card!!

I love the way the pink just put the pop into this card. It’s fun to
do a more is more kind of card as I’ve never done that before. On the right I have a close up picture of the brads I used to add a little bling.

Supplies I used on this card:

Stamps: Pretty Amazing, Sanded, A Little Birthday Cheer
Paper: Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery, Enchante Designer Paper (retired)
Ink: Ink Pirouette, Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose, Basic Black
Accessories: Rhinestone Brads in Fire and Ice, Aqua Painter, Bo Ho Blossoms Punch, Photo Corner Punch, Chocolate Chip Poly Twill (retired), Pop Up Glue Dots
