10/23 Summer Slips Away

I can't believe how fast time goes. It seems like I was just making this card for a Great Swaps Group that I belong to. Was it June? I don't remember. All I know is that I didn't want to post it until the swaps were mailed out. Then, it got put on the back burner. You know how that goes! I completely forgot about it!! lol!

Anyway, in the midst of all the Halloween and Christmas cards I am working with these days, this card reminds me how quickly time goes by. I love this set called Summer by the Sea. It's been in our product line for quite a while. I keep thinking it will be retired, but it seems to stay around via the dormant list. That's fine with me. The images are timeless.

Here is what I used to make this card. The design is based on a card that was in the Occassions Catalog.

Stamps: Summer by the Sea, Canvas
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Soft Sky, Certainly Celery, Certainly Celery Prints DSP, Confetti White
Ink: Soft Sky, Bordering Blue, More Mustard, Blush Blossom, Orchid Opulance, Certainly Celery, Basic Black, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Pewter Hardware, Dimensionals, Soft Sky DS Ribbon, Horizontal Slot Punch
