10/4 Happy WCMD!

Today is the kick off for celebrating World Card Making Day. The card above is one of the cards I designed for my WCMD Stamp-a-Stack that I am having on Monday and Tuesday. I just love the corner punch and ribbon accent on this card - it's the little things, right? If you are one of my customers (or a local reader of my blog) and you are kicking yourself for not signing up for my Stamp-a-Stack . . . I still have two opening left. Just give me a call!!

My daughter, Kari, turns 13 tomorrow. We start the celebration today by going to the mall for the long awaited ear piercing. A friend of her plans to have her ears pierced at the same time so they will create a special memory today, I'm sure. I'm trying to decide where to go for a "treat" afterwards. I'm thinking perhaps an ice-cream shop or maybe a coffee house . . . I will let the birthday girl decide. Have a happy day. Kari had a friend sleep over last night so I'm off to make the traditional sleep over breakfast of ham with a German pancake. So, so yummy!!

Supplies I used on this card:

Stamps: Eastern Blooms, sentiment from Upsy Daisy
Paper: Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Photo Corner Punch, 1/8" punch, Chocolate Chip Grosgrain

How is the ribbon atached to this card? Is a hole punched in the image panel and run the ribbon through? Or is it just glued behind the panel?
