11/15 Rock-a-Bye Baby

I can't believe it . . . two posts in one day!! I haven't done that in a while!! I decided to try making a card using the Sketch Challenge that you see on the right. You can go straight to Beate's Fresh and Fun blog to read all about it and to see examples of how other people interpreted this sketch.

I decided to incorporate an idea into my card that I've had ever since I got the Sizzix die called Swirly. I always imagined using it with a boat and today I had my chance. I let my swirl line spill across the whole width of the card. I also added a sentiment panel.

Supplies I used on this card:

Stamps: Nursery Necessities
Paper: Brilliant Blue, Real Red, YoYo Yellow, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White
Ink: Brilliant Blue
Accessories: 1/4" Square Punch, Swirly Sizzix Die Cut, Key Tag Punch, Dimensionals, Markers: Real Red, YoYo Yellow, Tempting Turquoise, Glorious Green
