I am so amazed at the timing of RAKs. It must truly be a God Thing. My stamping friend, Susan Roberts from the great state of Washington certainly had no idea that I would be “just a little” stressed out with my daughter’s surgery yesterday. And when we got home toting our Caribous, look what should arrive in my mailbox . . . a Wonderful, Delightful and Totally FUN Rak from Susan!! Up to that point, I don’t know that I was having such a wonderful day, but after that point, I sure felt better! Thank you, dear friend, Susan! You can see Susan’s blog and the original post of this beautiful card HERE.
As far as the surgery, it appears that the cyst on Kari’s collarbone is a misplaced lymph node. Of course it will be sent in for testing and we will know for sure after her follow up check up . . . but the doctor seemed quite sure that he was taking out a swollen lymph node and nothing more.
Kay I’m so happy that you received your card and that it helped cheer your day. AND I’m so happy with your news about your daughter’s surgery. Will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs.
Kay, I have to admit that I’m a little behind … the news of your daughter’s surgery is news to me. I can imagine the stress you must have been under … so glad to hear the news is good! Bless your heart, my friend!
