1/9 Make & Take #1

This is one of the Make & Takes that I offered at my Open House this past week. It's a quick one to put together and everyone really enjoyed trying out the new Textured Impressions Folder called Perfect Polka Dots. The Whisper White Die Cut that you see on this card is from the Sending Love Notes Collection called "Kisses." I dare say they are very cute and truly do the name justice!
.
Another thing that I really like about this card is the 3/16" strip of Certainly Celery that I layered over the Kisses note. I like how it draws the eye to the ribbon and sets off the heart. I used Stampin' Dimensionals to raise the red panel and one dimensional on the heart to give it a little bit of pop.
.
Have a great day and if you are interested in getting 3 yards of each new color of Satin Ribbon featured on page 27 of the Occasions Mini catalog, just check out THIS POST. Thank you!!

LOVE this, Kay! Beautiful job. I too like the celery strip. It just draws your eye right to the focal point. Terrific work.
