2/3 Simple & Sweet

Time for a Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge!! As you can see on the left . . . your sketch does not have to complicated to make a pretty card. I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set called Happy Moments for my image and sentiment. One thing I love about the Clear Mount stamp system is that you can put more than one stamp on your clear mount as I did when I stamped this card. I used Clear Mount Block D to position the cake and sentiment. Inked it up and with one stamping motion had my image panel complete!
.
I like this set which you can earn FREE with a $50 Stampin'Up product purchase because it is so versatile in that you can create a card for any occasion with it. (I have it pictured below.) I colored it with markers - Creamy Caramel for the pedestal, YoYo Yellow on the candle flames, Pretty in Pink for the cake itself and Regal Rose in my flower centers. The image panel is then mounted onto dimensionals and layered onto a panel of Close to Cocoa card stock.
.
The paper strip that runs the length of my card from the Sending Love Specialty pack that you can find in our Occasions Mini. I use it a lot . . . as you may have noticed if you follow my blog at all! lol! It's just so pretty!!! In this particular case, I accented the paper even more with some Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware.
.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping in for the visit!
