How do you like my card? The technique that I used is called Shadow Dancing. I’ve featured this technique before on my blog and you can see that post HERE . . . scroll down to see the Skateboarder card. I used Brilliant Blue for my card base and did some tone on tone stamping with one of the stamps from Extreme Elements. I ran the Scallop Oval Frame through my Big Shot machine with Real Red and Whisper White card stock. Then I took the scallop frame piece and ran it through the Big Shot again using the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder. The red piece is the focal point of the card where I stamped the surfer in Whisper White Craft ink and let that dry thoroughly before over-stamping it with Brilliant Blue Classic Ink. Of course, I used my handy-dandy Stamp-a-ma-jig to offset the second image just slightly.
Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!
