4/7 It's a Color Renovation!!

Oh, my goodness . . . I feel like I am about to faint! Remember Baja Breeze . . . and River Rock . . . and Pink Pirouette? And Tangerine Tango, Pacific Point and Riding Hood Red? Remember WILD WASABI??? They are BAaaaACK!! Oh, yes . . . you read right!!

New Colors, In Colors, Refreshed Color Collections . . . this is so exciting!! We can say goodbye to the ho-hum and HELLO to a FRESH, NEW LOOK!

Click HERE to see the above picture in more detail. There is so much to share that I hardly know where to start but I will do my best.

Stampin'Up will have four color collections composed of Brights, Neutrals, Regals and Subtles. Each collection will be composed of 10 colors. There are five brand new colors debuting on July 1 and they are: Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Marina Mist, Cajun Craze and Cherry Cobbler. There will be ten returning In Colors that will now be part of our core collection and they are: Melon Mambo, Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, River Rock, Soft Suede, Riding Hood Red, Rich Razzleberry, Wild Wasabi, Pink Pirouette and Baja Breeze. Kraft has been renamed to Crumb Cake and will now be a core color in the Neutrals collection. I am most excited about Baja Breeze, Wild Wasabi and Riding Hood Red joining our core color line. I can't wait to see Marina Mist up close and personal. That looks gorgeous to me. I'm super relieved to see that Tempting Turquoise is staying. That's probably my all time favorite color ever.

Click HERE to see the above picture in more detail. These are the farewell colors. There are many in there that I won't be missing at all, and a few that I will stock up on for my own personal crafting creations. I'm sure people are curious about what will be missed the most . . . everyone is different but I would say that for me and my crafting I will miss Green Galore, Gable Green, Ballet Blue, and Taken with Teal the most. Colors I hardly ever used: Lovely Lilac, Apricot Appeal, Sage Shadow, Mellow Moss, Bordering Blue, Really Rust and Going Gray. I must admit though, that Bordering Blue is a great color for putting on a shadow when you are watercoloring.

So, there you have it . . . and are you wondering . . . what about In Colors? They have been changed up a bit, too. Beginning this year, In Colors will debut in collections of five and stay around for TWO years instead of just one. Next year FIVE more will debut and then we will be working with 10 In Colors. I really applaud this change. I LOVE the idea of a two year window. It allows us to really play out the color trends, but always keep it cutting edge.

So, are you excited, too?? My next step as a customer would be to check over my supplies. Do you need another pack of your favorite paper before it is unavailable? What about re-inkers . . . do you have one for each of your retiring pads? Look over your maker selection, too, and order any that you may want before they are discontinued. What about ribbons, buttons and brads? Please see your demonstrator to get your supplies while they are still available. If you need a demonstrator, you can click HERE and go to my On line Ordering page.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by my blog!

Oh dear - better save my pennies! Those new colors are gorgeous! But, I wish soft sky was coming back too, sigh... I remember thinking they got rid of a lot of colors last time they did a color overhaul, but this time, wow! That's a lot of retired paper!! haha!
