7/7 Sweet Scoop for Summer

Where has she been? Vacationing . . . and working on my WOW swap cards for Convention . . . that's where she's been. My "wow" swaps (an organized swap through our demonstrator website called Stampin' Connection) requires a swish through the Big Shot . . . and 17 punches . . . on EACH card! I am making 130 cards so that is 2,210 punch outs that I have made and adhered. Over the top? Everyone seems to think so . . . except me. I'm just hoping everyone will like it. I only work on it when the Twins baseball games are on the radio. That's my favorite thing to listen to while I stamp. In the winter I listen to Wild hockey, but I like baseball better.

Today, I decided to work on something else . . . a Sweet Scoops card for the Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge. I turned the challenge on it's side and I'm thrilled with the way this came out. I used lots of Whisper White layers and a bit of Pretty in Pink for something sweet and summery.

Here are the supplies:

Stamps: Sweet Scoops
Paper: Whisper White, Pretty in Pink
Ink: Crumb Cake, Pretty in Pink, Rose Red
Tools: Big Shot Machine, Polka Dot Impressions Folder
Accessories: Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon, markers to color the cherry

Thanks for stopping by my blog today . . . have a great day and Happy Stamping!
