I found a great sketch this week over at Mary Jo Price-William’s blog . . . the lunchtime sketch challenge! I am working on designing cards for my Christmas Dozen Classes and I found this sketch most inspiring toward that end.
This card is flat. No dimensionals or brads or anything of that bumpy, textured nature. Yup, still going for flat. It’s just the easiest way to mail something.
The top note die piece in Early Espresso is actually discarded (well, not really, but set aside as I did not use it in this card.) I took the outside piece of the die cut and glued it to my Crumb Cake card base. The ribbon is adhered with SNAIL and the only punch of color on this card is the tag surrounding the sentiment.

Very cool Christmas card. I so agree about the flat especially for Christmas. I actually hand deliver many of my cards because I am not good at flat, lol! Thanks so much for playing along this week. You card is fabulous.
