1/30 Stampin' Up! Punch Bunch can be Elegant!

When you first glance at the Sale-a-bration Punch Bunch set and see the cute samples in your Sale-a-bration Brochure, you might think that cute is your only option with this set. But, as you can see from the card above, you can get "elegant", too! This card could work for so many different occasions . . . even sympathy! I'm sure you weren't thinking sympathy cards the first time you saw this stamp set! If you actually click on the card above, you can see a larger version and I want you to notice the detailing along the bottom of the green panel . . . it's a strip from the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder! I'll show you a couple more cards in the next couple of days that just use portions of the Framed Tulips panel on my cards.

Do you have an old Basic Black ink pad that has seen it's better day? Maybe you need a new one. My Basic Black pads get used and abused by myself and by my customers so I like to replace them at least once a year. However, DON'T throw you old pad away!! Put an "x" on the top so you don't get it mixed up with your new pad and use it for your dragging tool! I love the background look that you get when you drag your ink pad across your card stock . . . but it's very wearing on your ink pads if you do a lot of it. This is where that old pad comes in handy. Doesn't matter how shabby this pad gets because it's shabby anyway!!

This card is sized at 4 1/4" square. It's a cute square card that can be mailed without out extra postage since it fits into a regular sized envelope. I made this card for a Rising Star Sale-a-bration Swap that I participated in. It's also one that I'll be using at upcoming Sale-a-bration workshops. It's just so quick and easy to put together and yet looks so elegant!
