How is this for a manly birthday card? I especially love the textured paper. This is an easy look to recreate if you have the Big Shot machine and the Texturz Plates. I plan to make a video to show you how to get this great look . . . hopefully tomorrow! HERE is a link to the video. This card is one of the four designs that my customers will be making at my Birthday Bonanza Class. The sentiments on the inside and the outside of this card come from a stamp set called Bring on the Cake which you can find on page 20 and 21 of the Occasions Mini catalog.
This card uses two punches which are also found in the Occasions Mini catalog. Wish Big is punched with the Decorative Label punch on page 30 and the 2 1/2" Circle Punch on page 11 is useful for punching larger sentiments and images as well as making frames or backdrops on your cards.
If you are a Facebook user . . . you may be interested in "liking" me! See my left side bar for my brand new Business Page! I plan to use my Facebook Business page to promote my events with pictures and keep you updated with what's going on in my day to day Stamping to Share Studio. I think it's going to be fun. At this time, I do not plan to stream my blog into my Facebook page. I think the focus should be on fun day to day things and a great "go to place" for what I've got coming up! Hope that works for you, too!
