6/10 Stampin' Up! Big Shot Gerber Daisies in a Vase
The ladies who attended my Big Shot Class in May were treated to fabulous project! We made Gerber Daisies and put them in a Petal Cone Die Vase. I managed to find some picks at a local craft store that were pointed on one end (perfect for adhering the brad to) and already painted green. I believe they were called Plant Stakes. Of course . . . I'm not so creative as to come up with this idea all by myself. (Not in a million years!!) I learned all about this technique from a fellow demonstrator named Sharon White. She created a great You Tube video and you can learn all about making these flowers, too, just by clicking HERE. Since we were making three of these beautiful flowers and I had quite a few attendees at my class, I opted to eliminate a layer of flowers (the bottom layer is only two of the largest size) and there isn't any sponging on these bright beauties.
Here is a close up of the flowers. Aren't they pretty?? Have a wonderful day and thanks so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!
