7/11 Stampin' Up! Cupcake/Pennant Punch


I have been pretty busy this past week getting my swaps ready for Convention. I just took pictures of everything I've been up to, but I don't want to share them until after Convention. I'd hate to ruin the surprise for people who are in a few of the private swaps that I am participating in. So . . . I was trying to figure out what to post today when I realized I never posted this card! It's the first card I made using the the new punch from SU called Petite Pennants Builder. It was so easy to make and I love the cute, trendy pennant flags that are all the rage right now.

To create the glistening frosting, all you have to do is ink up a scrap of Whisper White with VersaMark ink, sprinkle on some Heat and Stick powder, bring it to a glossy shine with your heat tool, douse it Dazzling Diamonds Glitter and use your heat tool once more to set it.
