4/26 I Have Happy Disney NEWS!!!

Today I found out that I've earned the trip to Disney with a combination of sales and downline promotions!! Whoo Whooo! The minute I found out, I sent my team a note via my Yahoo Training Group . . . couldn't have done it without them. All of my downline have been so encouraging and supportive - I'm the luckiest upline - Thank YOU, Creative Crafters' Stamping to Share!! After that, I called my husband and text-ed my kids. And, now, a BIG THANK YOU to my customers! I simply could not have achieved this without your fantastic support and love for all things Stampin' Up!

One of my downline, Cindy Standal, made the Disney card for me and sent it off to me a couple of weeks ago. She knew how hard I'd been working to achieve that goal. I kept it front and center in my office so I could look at it every day. I didn't want to post it until it happened and now it has!! Thank you, Cindy, for the card and the encouragement.

4/25 Stampin' Up! For You Flower

We've had SUN for two days in a row here in good 'ol Minnesota so I had to celebrate with a sunny card! Especially since we are expecting SNOW tomorrow!! (What the ???)

I love the cute little Lady Bug creeping up the side of the circle sentiment. I used the stamp called For You Flower from our a la carte selection. The sentiment on the circle is from Fundamental Phrases and as you can see below, I used a sentiment from Great Friend for the inside panel.

Have a wonderful day and if you are Minnesotan . . . tomorrow HAS to be our last brush with flakes! (Though that's what we said last week . . . lol!)

4/20 Demo Meeting Swaps Part Two

Here are the rest of the swaps from our Stamping to Share Demonstrator Meeting. Enjoy!

Kathy created this cute bag made out of an envelope! What a cute and inexpensive party favor!

Lynn put together some very cute Peppermint Patty Bunnies. She said she had to eat a fair share of the mints "just to make sure they were good!"

This cutie pie bunny was created by Sharon. She not only made this bunny for us . . . but she made quite a few additional ones that she donated to a school fundraiser. I'm sure they will be a hit with the kids and moms alike!

Laura made a decorated clippie for us that we can use as a photo stand. I just love dolled up office supplies, don't you?

Our sneak peek designer paper called Paisley Prints really shines under these flat backed marbles. They have some strong magnets attached to them so they really add glamor to my refrigerator!

I thought the money was real . . . but it was a "Santa buck." I like the idea though and Mary did such a …

4/19 Demo Meeting Swaps Part One

Our April Demo Meeting swap theme was "Anything But a Card." Here are some of the creations with more to follow tomorrow!!

Dawn's Easter Box contained the Jelly Bean Prayer for Easter with . . . you guessed it . . . Jelly Beans! If you don't know the Jelly Bean Prayer . . . this is what Dawn shared with us:

A bag full of jelly beans colorful and sweet, is a prayer, is a promise, is a special treat. May the joy of Christ's resurrection fill your heart and bless your life.
Red is for the blood He gave. Green is for the grass He made. Yellow is for the sun so bright. Orange is for the edge of night. Black is for the sins we made. White is for the grace He gave. Purple is for His hour of sorrow. Pink is for our new tomorrow.

Cindy created this cute little box treat holder. She cased the idea from our IB&C . . . it's an endless source of inspiration! Cindy was our contest winner as all of us were just crazy for this bear box!

This sweet little chick was created by Lynn…

4/18 Stampin' Up! Slice of Life

This is another of the cards my customers got to make at my Spring is Blossoming Card Class. The image is from the Slice of Life Level One Hostess set . . . available only through the end of April by hostessing a Stampin' Up! workshop or by placing an order of at least $150 in product merchandise. We used Stampin' Write Markers to color the image which was then popped up over the larger of the two scallop squares that you can cut out with the Big Shot Machine and the Scallop Squares Duo Die. The accent leaves are also created with the Big Shot Machine using the Little Leaves Sizzlit Die.

One of the newer products that Stampin' Up! has introduced this year are the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets for the Big Shot Machine. My customers are loving them, too! You simply adhere your card stock to the adhesive sheet, run it through the Big Shot Machine, then peel off the backing paper and adhere it to your project. It makes adhering some of the more intricate dies like Little Leav…

4/12 Stampin' Up! Four Frames with Top Note

I love the Four Frames stamp set that we are getting to order early this month from the upcoming 2011-12 Idea Book and Catalog. Here is a card that pairs one of the Four Frames with the negative cut from the Top Note Die. Don't you just love how the Decorative Label Punch echos the Top Note? I used the Crumb Cake Seam Binding Ribbon and the Linen Thread to make a lovely accent on this card. All of the customers who signed up to come to my Spring is Blooming Class on Thursday will get to make this card!!

Stampin' Up! Supplies:

Stamps: Four Frames (must purchase at least $20 to add Four Frames to your order . . . Wood Mount: 123440, Clear Mount: 123442), Clearly for You (Wood Mount 121911, Clear Mount 121976)

4/8 Stampin' Up! Flower Pot Pocket Card

In less than a week Spring Will Be Blooming at the Stamping to Share Studio! We will be making four flower card designs and this is one of them! It's my first Flower Pot Pocket Card. It's really quite easy when you have the Big Shot handy along along with the Simple Flower Embosslit Die. The leaves were punched lickity split with the Five Petal Flower Punch.

Here is what the insert looks like when it is removed from the flower pot pocket. I used Dimensionals to lift the flowers up . . . this allows the flowers to overlap the flowerpot just a bit. The brads are from the Brights Collection.

I like that my customers will be able to customize this card with sentiments from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I selected the Mother's Day sentiment, but this card could just as easily be a birthday card, a thinking of you card or even a graduation card just be substituting a different Teeny Tiny Wishes sentiment.

4/7 Stampin' Up! Wonderful Favorites 12x12

This is the second set of 12x12 pages that my customers will be making at my Open Scrapbook Club later this month. I used my Stampin' Up! Color Coach to help me select my colors. I just pulled out Elegant Eggplant from the color selector and then just shuffled through the cards until I found some great contrasting colors to work with . . . Daffodil Delight and Poppy Parade just called my name! Of course, I love how it turned out and I hope my customers will, too.

The stamp set that I used is Wonderful Favorites and I used Wonderful on one page and Favorite on the other. That should work for a lot of different scrapbooking occasions. My journaling box was created with the Big Shot Machine and the Two Tags Die. There is a Glimmer Brad from our In Color selection that adds a cute sparkly accent. The circles were all made from punches and glued onto the page with a drop of our wonderful (my favorite!) Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4/6 Stampin' Up! Four Frames 12x12 Pages

This is one of the sets of 12x12 Scrapbook Pages that my customers will get to make at my Open Scrapbook Club in April. I used the Sneak Peek Stamp set from the upcoming Idea Book and Catalog along with the gorgeous sneak peek Designer Series Paper called Paisley Prints. You can order both of these exciting Sneak Peek products during April with a minimum $20 purchase, or get them FREE when you host a $350 workshop! The Crumb Cake mats are sized at 5 3/4" x 3 3/4". I had to slim them down from the usual 4x6" size in order to get the spacing I wanted between the pictures and the papers. The photo mats are always adhered with re-positionable adhesive (Dotto) so that pictures can be fitted to them at a later date. The photo mats can even be removed from the project if that works out better for you.

Here is a close up of the Paper Daisies that I am using for the first time. (I know, hard to believe that I don't actually have EVERYTHING in the catalog!) I stacked the fl…
