2/12 Demo Meeting Swaps Part Two

This is part two of our Demo Meeting Swap showcase. Our swap theme for February was anything out of the Occasions Mini or Sale-a-bration catalog. Enjoy!

It took me three pictures to show you all the wonderful, amazing parts to this swap created by Katherine Narog. She giggled when she said she went extra special on this one . . . she just wanted to do something for Valentines to show her fellow team members how much she appreciates each and every one of them. Isn't that sweet?? Well, if you know Katherine, you know she's extra special herself! Thank you, Katherine, for the beautiful swap/gift you gave to each of us.

Here's a side view of the heart box. You can see she used the Itty Bitty Box die and the new Heart Collection framelit dies.

And of course . . . no SU box ever goes without a treat!! Nestled inside was a Heart Shaped Peppermint Pattie. I know it was heart shaped because as soon as I took this picture - I ate it!! lol!

Karen Lockner had some fun with Sweet Shop Specialty Designer Series Paper and created a stack of gifts to "celebrate today." The sentiment is from Perfectly Penned.

Linda Watson is a fan of Apothecary Art and colored and accented her card beautifully.

Lynn Miller made a red hot Valentine using two Occasions Mini sets . . . Take It to Heart and Loving Thoughts. I'm just crazy about the banner in Take It to Heart. I would literally buy that stamp set just to have the banner!

An elegant card with Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler and a little bit of dazzle from our Silver Glimmer Paper make this card appropriate for any kind of loving occasion. Thank you, Mary Dagostino.

Mary Smallidge created the most unusual gate fold card with her Labels Collection Framelit set! I love, love, love it!

Here it is open . . . isn't it lovely? I can't wait to try a card like this myself!

Sharon Merritt looked to the Occasions Mini catalog for her inspiration. This sweet Easter card has a stunning paper ribbon and I love the look of the Eyelet Lace.

Sue McNeill captured out attention with this card that has an unusual but absolutely delightful fold to it! I love the bold brilliance of the flowers, too. Notice the scalloped border? She used an Adorning Accent Embossing Folder to achieve that look.

And, finally, our last card is by Terri hall. I really like the way she used Sprinkled Expressions . . . making the work black and the heart red is so striking. A wonderful card that can be used anytime of year!

I hope you enjoyed Part Two of the Swap Card Parade. I feel very lucky and blessed to friends to with each of these ladies. My life is the richer for it and I strive to help them achieve their goals and dreams with their SU businesses whether it be as a hobbiest or as a business builder. There's always a place for each in SU . . . the most caringest company you could ever be a part of.
