8/20 The Cards from Cards for a Cause Fundraiser

Of course you would want to see the cards we made at our fundraiser . . . right? I've already had several requests to share and here they are!! I was able to case or be inspired by some of my fellow SU demonstrators and that made everything a little easier.

Here's the cute birdie card we made. The sentiments come from the Six Sided Sampler Stamp Set and we used the Woodgrain background stamp. The punches on the birdie were: 1 3/4" Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, BoHo Blossoms Punch, Small Heart Punch and the Modern Label Punch.

I love the Zoo Babies set and this cheerful Get Well card would definitely brighten a day! We also made a card using the elephant and the toucan with Coastal Cabana . . . so sweet!

I think my favorite stamp set in our latest catalog is Too Kind and this was probably my favorite card. I just love the layer of vellum. We used the Afternoon Picnic Designer Series Paper. Every sheet of it looked great!

Wetlands and Epic Day Washi tape combined to make a great guy card. We used Naturals White card stock for the base of this card and to stamp our main image.

These cards were just so bright and cheerful. They were quick and easy to stamp, too. We had all of the Big Shot stuff done ahead of time. The flower is from the Flower Shop stamp set. The birthday cake image is from Bring on the Cake and the "smile" comes from Happy Day.

This card was real hit . . . we lined up all the images from the Kind and Cozy stamp set onto Block E and then with just one swoosh from the ink pad to the paper everything was stamped! A couple of sparkling rhinestones added the finishing touch.

We used Block D to create the shadow on this card by inking it up with Soft Sky and then stamping it directly onto our card panel. The stamped images from Thoughts and Prayers were stamped with Black StazOn and the butterfly was made with our two butterfly punches from Pool Party and Soft Sky.

This is the card we used to decorate the front of our kit bags . . . a gift for attending our fundraiser in person. We left off the bulky flower element so make it easier for our attendees to drop in the mail. My daughter Kasey created these cards using all of the 2013-15 In Colors. So, so pretty!!

And, speaking of Kasey, she was off to school this morning. Her first day as a Junior in High School. I love that sweet girl. She is a wonderful daughter, friend, helper and walks daily in the light of Christ doing what she can to bring joy to others. She reminds me so much of my mother, Alice. And when she plays piano . . . it's just lovely as all of my customers can attest to!

Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!

Beautiful Daughter and beautiful cards. I especially love the little blue bird and hope to make some like him (or her). Just too cute!
