November Demo Meeting Swaps Part Two

Here is the second set of swaps from our November Demo Meeting with the theme of using a stamp set that starts with the same letter at your name . . . first, last, middle or maiden!

Cindy used Serene Silhouettes and So Sorry to make this beautiful sympathy card. She also carried the theme from our swap into every selection she made on this card from the paper (Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip) and ink (Chocolate Chip) to the embellishments (Crochet Trim and a Soft Suede Glimmer Brad!)

Dawn decided to make a wedding card with the stamp set Mr. & Mrs. to go with her options. A beautiful card for a winter wedding with the red glimmer and the crisp white. The card opens up as a gatefold which adds an unexpected but elegant touch.

Debby used the Four Frames stamp set to coordinate with her last name and she used it very creatively as a frame for her main image! I love her color choices! She also chose to use Summer Silhouettes and Really Good Greetings which are a couple of great "go to" sets.

Dorene picked Regarding Dahlias for her stamp set and did some creative Triple Time stamping on this card. You can see a video that I created HERE that uses a variation of this technique. I'm a big fan of Gorgeous Grunge and it makes a great accent on this card.

Happy Day is the stamp set that Judy used to make this card. Whisper White makes the jewel tones (Midnight Muse and Rich Razzleberry) pop on this card. I also love the way the doily repeats the shape of the main image in this geometrically designed card.

Katherine used the stamp set Stylin' Girl on this cute friendship card. I love the pearls that accent the crown and the variegated colors in her tutu! So many wonderful details . . . in addition, the card cuts off early to the right, but the sentiment extends out to meet the back right edge of the inside panel. An unexpected but lovely detail!

And finally, my card for the swap that uses the stamp set Kind and Cozy. I actually posted this gift card holder with a how to video a couple of weeks ago. Just click on quick and easy Gift Card Holder to see the original post along with a picture of the inside of this card.

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!
