Blended Bloom with Markers Over Vellum and a How To Video

Today I am sharing a card with you that my club members got to make this past week with the Blended Bloom stamp set. The three cards above are colored three different ways. The one of the left was colored with two layers using the Coastal Cabana marker for a little bit more of an opaque look. The one on the right has only one layer of color on it and the one in the middle shows what it looks like when you use the the maker to highlight the first layer.

This is the card I demonstrated in the Video Tutorial. I like that you can use this technique to create such a beautiful and translucent flower, but yet still give it depth by coloring on a second layer in selected areas. The paper is the Lullaby Designer Series Paper and I'm finding that I am using it way beyond its purpose as a "baby paper." It's gorgeous for so many different applications. Have a great day, a great weekend, and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share.

Next week, by the way, I will start Round Three of my Paper and Ribbon Product Shares. If you would like to have a sampling ... please CLICK HERE for more information. Thank you!

Unfortunately, if you select "no contact" when you are checking out, I won't be able to send a card because I won't have your address information! It's a good idea to avoid that box so that I can give you the best possible customer service! Thanks!

My group is called Stamping to Share and if you would like to join up under me, you would be warmly welcomed and never pressured. Please feel free to Email me if you have additional questions.
Every $50 product increment that you purchase in Stampin' Up! product through me earns you a Happy Stamper Token. When you have ten tokens you get a free stamp set!! whoo hooo!
