Our Stamping to Share Demo Swap for October was the Holiday Mini Catalog. This catalog is providing us with endless ideas for card making and crafting fun. Please check it out and then stay tuned for part two tomorrow!
Mary created this beautiful Hanukkah card from the Happy Hanukkah stamp. She stamped the image and embossed with Silver Embossing Powder. One of those cards that needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated! I love the way she turned the pennant upwards . . . what a lovely backdrop it makes as it reflects the shape of the candelabrum.
Judy celebrates fall with this card featuring the stamp set called For All Things and the Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper. I really love the embossed wood background that she popped the leaf cut outs onto. And, yes, those leaves were hand cut!! Judy has more patience than I do, that is for sure!
Laura made this beautiful wreath with the pine cone in from the Ornamental Pine stamp set. She stamped the pine cone in a circle with Lost Lagoon, and then went over it again with Soft Suede. And, the part that was hard to pick up with the camera is that she went in again, this time with Gold Dazzling Details and put highlights onto the Soft Suede pine cones. So pretty!!
Dawn created this card with the stamp set called For All Things. She used the shadow stamp to make backdrops for some of the stamped images. I love the oak leaf that she accented this card with from the Autumn Wooden Elements Embellishment pack. The purple stripe accenting the left hand side next to the Mossy Meadow Ribbon is Washi Tape from the Color Me Autumn Washi Tape pack.
Cindy created her cute flip fold Christmas card with the new Snowflake Card Thinlits Die. This is the front side which is embellished with a snow flake cutout from the Silver Glimmer Paper . . . which looks gorgeous next to the Night of Navy paper!
And this is the flip part of the card where you find the sentiment. I don't have this thinlit card die, but after holding Cindy's card in my hand and showing it off to my customers last night, I sure wish that I did!!
And the gorgeous stamp set called Ornamental Pine is featured in this card by Chris Glebus. So many lovely details . . . you can even see tiny triangles peeking on the embossed layer underneath the image panel. Of course, I love this card, too! I'm sure glad I don't have to pick a favorite and that I get to keep all of them!! Come back tomorrow for part two!
