One of the first sets that I “had” to order from the Occasions 2015 Catalog from Stampin’ Up! was this Lumberjack set called Wood You Be Mine. We have a lot of burly wood cutter types in MN and I could even count my dad among them . . . although he isn’t as “burly” as this picture would suggest! He will, however, be getting this Valentine from me and he is going to love it! Nothing makes him makes his day quicker (outside of going duck hunting) than going out and cutting wood. And trust me, I’m not kidding!
Here is how I finished off the inside panel of the card for my Valentine. However, this set has more possibilities. Need a birthday card for the wood cutter in your family?
How about this one? As a matter of fact, you could stamp whatever sentiment that you wanted to that would fit within the saw for a great touch. Looking at this now, I see that had I colored the handles red, my inside would have even more “pop!” I’ll leave that to you! Enjoy the video that I created to show you all the how to for the Valentine card.
person who places an online order with me receives a hand stamped card
in the mail? Unfortunately, if you select “no contact” when you are
checking out, I won’t be able to send a card because I won’t have your
address information! It’s a good idea to avoid that box so that I can
give you the best possible customer service! Thanks!
