Stampin' Up! Sheer Perfection Vellum in a Sympathy Card with the How To Video!
This is the card I made today with the Sheer Perfection Vellum Stack available as one of the Sale-a-bration 2015 Bonus Items from Stampin' Up! Notice the petals white? That's because I used a White Gel Pen on the backside of the vellum. It is one of those things that doesn't photograph so great (at least not with my limited skills!) but it looks great in real life.
My favorite part of the this card, outside of the gorgeous vellum panel, is the depth that the rolling hills provide. I give you all the steps and measurements in the how to video that you will find further on down in this post. The sentiment that you see in the lower right is from Teeny Tiny Wishes
The inside panel of the card uses a wonderful sympathy set called Love & Sympathy. I used just a 1/2" strip of Old Olive paper to anchor the flower image and carry the theme from the front of the card to the inside panel. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog to day. I truly appreciate it and wish you a happy weekend. We are actually going above zero today! Time to celebrate!
Edited to Add: Whoopsies! One of my loyal customers let me know that I said the Bonus Sale-a-bration Items were available only in "March of 2012." lol!! Guess I'm living in the past! haha! The older I get the more I do that!
