This is a fun birthday card with a bit of a “guy” feel to it. The plaid circles are sneak peek of a new stamp set coming up in the Spring Mini called Beyond Plaid. They are stamped and then circle punched. The buttons are knotted with Linen Thread and then adhered with a Glue Dot. The sentiment, from the new stamp set called Cross My Heart is stamped on a piece of Crumb Cake scrap, cut to size and then popped up on dimensionals.

The inside of the card uses more Beyond Plaid circles to carry the theme right on through. When I give this card away, I’ll probably a stamp a sentiment on the inside panel from our Bring on the Cake stamp set . . . but that can be customized later to fit the person that it’s going to.
